Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1–5 business days after payment has been successfully received and verified. Orders are not processed, shipped, or delivered on weekends or public holidays.

During periods of high demand, processing times may be slightly extended. If there is a significant delay in processing your order, we will contact you via email.

Shipping Times

Estimated delivery times vary depending on your location:

• Saudi Arabia: 3–10 business days

• GCC Countries: 5–15 business days

• International Orders: 7–21 business days

Shipping Costs

Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method.

Any applicable customs duties, taxes, or import fees are the responsibility of the customer and may vary by country.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing tracking information (when available).

Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking information to become active after receiving your shipping confirmation.

Incorrect Shipping Information

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at checkout.

If an incorrect address is provided and the order is returned to us, additional shipping charges may apply for reshipment.

Lost, Delayed, or Damaged Packages

While we work with reliable shipping partners, rdl.s is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs procedures, weather conditions, or other circumstances beyond our control.
